Bailey Mountain Bike Park downhill clinic DH101
The DH101 course is an entry level course designed to introduce a rider confident in other biking disciplines to downhill mountain biking. Skills covered include bike setup, body positioning, braking and cornering. These fundamental skills lead to confidence on the bike and success on the steep terrain offered at Bailey Mountain and other bike parks around the country.

If your schedule allows, we recommend a second day of riding to help develop good habits and reinforce skills learned during the 101 course.

DH101 is the foundation for the Gravity Academy and is recommended as a starting point for anyone wanting to take more advanced clinics including jump or race specific instruction.
